Gavin provides strategic guidance to The Policy Partnership and works with the company's partners to counsel clients at board level.

His former roles, including being chief executive of the London Stock Exchange and chief operating officer of Smith New Court, have involved him in a wide variety of public policy issues and in growing sectors of the financial service industry.

Gavin is an active investor in, and chairman or non-executive director of, a number of companies in banking, stockbroking and healthcare.

His key skills and experience, gained over 30 years, lie in turning around under-performing businesses, managing strategic change, and marketing/business development.
